Q1/Require that users agree to terms (EULA) and these terms must make it clear that there is no tolerance for objectionable content

Rynco have implemented TOS (CGU in French) these terms & conditions are now also available in English. By logging in Rynco, the user must accept the conditions of use (Article 3)
“Article 3 - Access to Rynco To use Rynco, the User must proceed to its full registration via the mobile application. By registering on Rynco, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions but all applicable local, state, national and international laws, regulations and rules. If you use Rynco for a company or other entity, you declare that you accept the Terms on behalf of the company or entity. The User shall be solely responsible for the consequences of use of the Content until its deactivation.”
Also Article 6 states clearly that Rynco don’t accepts any inappropriate content
“Article 6 - Conditions of Use The User declares, guarantees and agrees to:
  • - Don’t post, disseminate, or broadcast in any form whatsoever information or content that has the effect of reducing, disorganize, prevent the normal use of Rynco interrupting and / or slowing down the normal circulation of communications between users via the application, such as software, viruses, logic bombs, mass mailing of photos, etc. Rynco reserves the right to delete photos that are massively sent by a user in order to preserve quality of normal use of the application to other users.
  • - Failure to make comments or distribute in any form whatsoever content that contravenes the rights of others or defamatory, insulting, obscene, offensive, violent or inciting violence, political, racist or xenophobic and so generally any content contrary to the purpose of the Services, laws and regulations, persons rights or morality. “




Q2/Use moderators to flag and remove inappropriate content and offensive users

Our moderators have access to users' statements and users’ actions (blocking other users by clicking on their profile or reporting abusive or inappropriate content by using the address contact). Our moderators visualize within 24h the reported items and delete or block users content.




Q3/Users need a mechanism to flag objectionable content and report users generating this content

Rynco’s user can block other users by clicking on their profile, or report abusive or inappropriate content by using the contact address contact@Rynco.fr . In the application's profile screen, the user can use the "contact us " button and fill out the contact form to inform us of an inappropriate content or offensive users. Our moderators visualize in 24 the elements denounced and remove them or block the users if necessary. (Article 5 + Article 6)

Q4/Users need a mechanism to block abusive users

Rynco’s user can block other users by clicking 2 seconds on their profile.

Q5/Developer must act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content

When a user reports an objectionable content or abusive user through the Contact form , the developer accesses the content within 24h. If the content is truly reprehensible, the developer decides to remove the content and warn the user (or delete it if it did several times)




Q6/ Developer needs a method for ejecting users who violate the terms of the EULA

The method is clearly described in Articles 5 and 14 of the TOS.
“Article 5 - User obligations All false information, inaccurate, incomplete or not updated or a user name or nickname containing words, offensive, defamatory, abusive, obscene or inappropriate language more generally, may result in the User account closure. Rynco reserves the right to suspend or delete the account of a malicious user or for breach of these terms and conditions of use or violation of law or regulation. Will be removed, in particular, user accounts impersonating a third party or to post comments under the identity of a third party. The breach of obligations is defined as a serious failure. Without prejudice to the provisions of section "Termination" in case of failure by a user to one or more of these obligations Rynco may terminate the contract and permanently remove the possibility of opening a new account. “
“ Article 14 - Termination Notwithstanding other provisions of the Terms of Use, in case of serious breach by the user, the editor cancels the user account without notice or demand. This cancellation produces the same effects as that decided by the user. Notwithstanding other provisions of the Terms of Use, for breach of the user, the editor cancels the account of the user 7 (seven) days after sending the user an email asking to comply with the Conditions remained unsuccessful. Such termination shall take effect without prejudice to any damages that may be claimed by the publisher to the user or his assigns and legal representatives for compensation for damage suffered by the publisher or the latter because of such failures. The user will be notified via email of the cancellation or confirmation of the termination of his account. The data about the user will be destroyed at his request or at the expiration of statutory periods running from the termination of the user's account. “
